The Black Box was announced on September 6, 2008. The game is based on 5 other games including Halo, Gears Of War, & Call of Duty. The 2 others are unconfirmed but may be Half Life, Unreal Tournament, or Bad Company. It will feature Halo's Master Cheif, Gears Of War's Marcus Fenix, Dominic Santiago, & Augustus Cole, & Call Of Duty's John MacTavish. The story goes like this: 10 different men found a black box. Each of them opened them. The boxes slogan said "The Journey of Your Lifetime". All 10 got sucked into the box. when the last man opened it and was forced into the Black Box, they all came out of the box and into a different world. As they looked around, each one noticed the box and a partner. Then they knew what they had to do.
